Strength Training Sessions:

Appropriate for all fitness levels! Beginner to Advanced

LIVE Workouts on Zoom!

Mon/Wed/Fri at 6:35am ET - 7:15am ET

Structure: 

  • 10 min. warm-up
  • Timed interval strength workout (ex. 45 sec. of work with a 20 sec rest period)
  • 5-6 exercises per circuit
  • 3 rounds of the circuit
  • 1 minute finisher exercise
  • Stretch 

Simple Equipment - all you need is some dumbbells and a yoga mat. Dumbbells between 5lbs to 30lbs. You choose your weights. As you get stronger you may need more weights. 

Can't make it to the live session? That's ok, you have access to over 18 months of replays in the member's only library!

    • This is a monthly Zoom check-in for members to get help with form, cardio ideas, and to feel accountable and seen. It's also a fun way to meet other members!
    • This is the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7pm ET!
    • We will also do a short breathwork session at this meeting to help heal inner wounds and refresh our spirits!
    • Occasionally we will have a specific topic as a learning lesson such as metabolism, menopause, fat loss, sleep, etc...

I'M COACH RAE ANNE

I am a wellness coach with over 20 years of experience, specializing in balanced nutrition, fitness, mindset, and breathwork. My passion is helping you create a vibrant, healthy life through simple, sustainable habits. I believe true well-being comes from nurturing both our joy and our health—and that we can thrive in both areas together.

I have been teaching fitness classes since I was 18 years old! Over the years I have seen the different fitness trends and have used my experience and education to create this program.

I love the accountability that I have to meet Rae Anne at the same time three days a week. The workouts are great and can be done at home or at a gym! I have done both- at the gym, I used the gym's weights and an iPad to connect to Zoom. I now workout in my foyer at home with dumbbells. Rae Anne is such a joy and so fun!
