  • How perfectionism, people-pleasing, procrastination, and emotional eating are often protector parts
  • How to begin identifying these parts with curiosity instead of judgment
  • Defining the True Self with the 8 C's - calm, clarity, compassion, confidence, courage, creativity, connection, and curiosity
  • The power of presence in self-healing

Discover Your Protectors

Theme: Understanding Who Your Protectors Are & Why

  • Learn the Core Wounds that create Protectors

  • Understand how the Protectors blend together to create confusion and keep you stuck

  • How shame keeps the cycle alive and how curiosity & compassion dissolve it

  • The myth of willpower and why inner leadership is the true key

DAY 3

Break the Cycle

Theme: Turning Inner Work into Outer Wellness

  • Understand the habit loop & self-sabotage cycle relationship
  • Why habits don’t stick when they come from force or fear
  • Finding alignment with Self 
  • Overview of the NOURISH framework 
  • How this method supports sustainable, inside-out wellness

I'm Rae Anne

Over 20 years ago I had a major lifestyle shift when I lost 65 pounds in a very sensible manner. Since then I have been showing women how to live a life of balance through realistic and sustainable approaches to nutrition and exercise. 

Over two years ago I went through another major life shift and learned how to clear out old beliefs and patterns to live a more fulfilling life. Through this work I realized how much I can help other women stop the dieting and self-destruction and truly start thriving. With some simple tools and transitions, you too can live a balanced, fit, and free life!
