  • How to begin identifying these parts with curiosity instead of judgment
  • Defining the True Self with the 8 C's - calm, clarity, compassion, confidence, courage, creativity, connection, and curiosity

  • The myth of willpower and why inner leadership is the true key

I'm Rae Anne

Over 20 years ago I had a major lifestyle shift when I lost 65 pounds in a very sensible manner. Since then I have been showing women how to live a life of balance through realistic and sustainable approaches to nutrition and exercise. 

Over three years ago I went through another major life shift and learned how to clear out old beliefs and patterns to live a more fulfilling life. Through this work I realized how much I can help other women stop the dieting and self-destruction and truly start thriving. With some simple tools and transitions, you too can live a balanced, fit, and free life!
