Kickoff Workshop on Sunday, January 14th at 12pm ET. 

This workshop will help you get set up for success on this 60-Day Challenge! We will make sure you have a menu for the week and a schedule for your other healthy habits. This will be recorded and emailed to anyone that cannot attend. 

Weekly Zoom Coaching Sessions!

This is the most valuable part of the program! Anyone can do a challenge, but those who have guidance and support are those who achieve their goals!

Meetings will be on Monday evenings at 7:30pm ET. We will go over one habit at a time to discuss why it's important. The rest of the call will be intended to answer questions and help with any part of the challenge needed. To get the most out of this challenge, I ask that you do your best to attend.
