It’s a deeply supportive, mind-body-soul reset to help you feel nourished, energized, and joyful in your daily life.

This program has been designed as a group program. Healing in isolation can feel overwhelming, but when you’re surrounded by other women walking the same path, everything shifts. You realize you’re not alone. You feel seen, supported, and encouraged in ways that solo efforts just can’t offer.

This is a hybrid program, which means each week you’ll receive a short, powerful video lesson to watch on your own time — then we’ll come together for a live group session to deepen the learning, integrate the tools, and support each other in real time. You get the flexibility to learn when it works for you and the power of live connection to stay accountable, inspired, and truly embodied in this new way of being.

Hi, I'm Rae Anne

Most people might describe me as a mother, wife, fitness coach, nutrition expert, and Breathwork facilitator.

And while all of that is true… it’s only part of the story.

I’m a woman on a mission — someone who has spent over 30 years in the fitness world, and over 20 years guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, their joy, and their truth.

You’re not just a role or a title either.
You are so much more — and it’s time you started living like it.

My deepest passion is helping women come home to themselves. To feel good from the inside out. To experience the kind of joy, peace, and vitality that doesn’t come from chasing a number on the scale — but from finally aligning with who you really are.
