Who is this program for?

This program takes a whole foods approach to eating better. There are no products to be purchased, no unsafe pills or magic potions. Just real food for real people and a supportive coach to help you along the way.

Knowing WHAT to eat can be such a struggle. With these sample menus, you can get ideas for all 6 weeks. Each day is full of nutritious and tasty meals. 

Recipe Guide 

Along with your weekly sample menus, you will get a recipe guide packed full of nutritious and delicious recipes! Many of our clients love these recipes and use them over and over all year long.

Weekly Online Meetings with Your Coach

Meet online with your coach weekly for a group session.  On the meeting, we will discuss the upcoming week, the menu, and discuss how to navigate challenges. This weekly meeting will keep you motivated and inspired to follow the program!  Meetings will take place on Friday's at 12pm EST on Zoom. If you can't make the meeting, there will be a replay available.

A major part of eating better is how you think about eating. A bonus part of this program is working on your mindset which means breaking through limiting beliefs. This program also includes worksheets and optional mindset homework to keep your mind on task and working for you.
