30 Minutes OR LESS Strength Workouts!
We all know it's important to work on our muscles as we age. Increased muscle mass and strength help improve our hormone balance, reduce hunger, reduce cravings, improve balance, improve quality of sleep and so much more!
I first ran this program in the Summer of 2023, BUT it's a great program to do ALL YEAR LONG!
The Details:
You will get 3 workouts for each week. Your goal is to complete the workouts on 3 non-consecutive days such as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday OR Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
You get full-length videos for each workout AND a copy of the written workout so you don't have to watch the video if you don't want to.
Commit yourself to 30 minutes JUST 3 TIMES A WEEK! Very doable!!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
This program DOES NOT include Cardio.
You need dumbbells and an optional resistance band. Please know you will get stronger as you go through the sessions and may need heavier weights.
The videos DO NOT include a warm-up, so you need to warm up on your own before starting the video.
I have included a sample warm-up and cool-down video for you.
Schedule:
Week 1 - Week 4
Monday - Lower Body Blast
Wednesday - Upper Body Blast
Friday - Total Body Blast
Week 5- Week 6
Monday & Friday - Total Body
Wednesday - All Core
At the end of the 6 weeks, if you show up and follow my guidance, I promise you will feel stronger!
We will start with an optional fitness test and end the program by repeating the fitness test to see how you improve!
